ALT C doesn't work

I've got a new machine at work.

Its had Mastercam V9 MR0904 installed in it for about a week.

Everything seens to work correctly, but I just noticed that I can't launch chooks.

I hit ALT C and nothing happens.

I know the ALT key is OK cause ALT F1 works.

I went into Screen config and set it to launch

TPCFG.dll at startup and it did that OK so

MC is seeing the Chooks folder.

I have no clue what to look for. Any ideas out there???

Webby, If this turns into a beta thread, please move it to the beta forum

Very strange. Try mapping it to a different key. That will tell you if it's the key assignment or the software not doing what it's supposed to.

I don't know what or if there's a menu path for running c-hooks, but I believe you can assign that function to a button or the custom RMB menu.

Brain fart tongue.gif

I was setting up Hot Keys for my dual screens yesterday in the NVIDIA Desktop manager

ATL ` is jump to the left screen

ALT 1 is jump to right screen

I set ALT C as "collaspe to desktop" doooh!!

Deleted the hotkey setting and chooks launch.

What a surprise tongue.giftongue.gif

Yes,

You can move whole apps or just windows inside apps to the other screen.

I normally run Mastercam on my right screen.

If I want to open my Operations manager and still see my whole Masteracm screen I hit Alt` and the Opes Manager is on the left screen.

I can use it there or hit Alt 1 and bring it back.

You can set up almost any keys you want and there

are dozens of functions available for hot keys

but Switching screens are the only 2 I use.
