90 Degree Rotation 4th Axis

I am messing around with some 1.25" round bar stock and I want to machine it down to .75" square stock. I was going to do this with the 4th axis using the Face or Countour toolpath however I cannot figure out on how to get the stock to rotate 90 degrees on the 4th Axis. Is this possible in Mastercam, or is it only possible by manually putting in the G code? There is a couple other operations that I want to do later on in the same line I am just trying to learn the 4th axis with some scrap stock.
