How to Insert Manual commands in Operations list

Hi

 

I don't post here much but I appreciate all the info that is posted,

 

Quick question: How do you add manual commands M0 or extra M commands turn off chip conveyor, etc

in the operations list with the program?

 

I have a 2004 Cin V-CNC-750 anyone else use this machine? it has a Fanuc 21I control.

 

I don't want to edit programs manually unless necessary. I am confident that this is simple

just have to ask for help,

Sorry for the Looped post,, that is what I get for using a spell check and paste,, Dooowp!

For those situations I go to the operations page and right click then go to toolpaths then down to manual entry - Thats where I do all my text or special instructions if need be - For my M00's and stuff like the I use trhe canned text option inside the operation, this is asscoiated with the .txt file that should be with ur post - You can do alot of self editing to this file to get it the way you want

You need to make sre you post is set up with 1006 and no parthesis if wanting code. This was just covered very good about 2 weeks ago.

Thanks for the help , I still have the entries show up in Double quotes

 

Ex, (M00 (oil tap )); = Wierd

 

I of course need M00 (xxxxx);

 

Ron must be trying to send me in the right direction with 1006 ,, Now what exactly is that?

the 1006 is the NCI format used.
