Are you cutting this on a 3 or 5-axis machine?

For 3-axis, it sounds like I'd create a surface and create the toolpaths using Flowline. If it's a 5-axis swarf, I'd probably use the old style Ruled toolpath, and select '5-axis swarf' from the parameter page.

If it is a 3-axis machine, I'd try using m-surf surface finish contour. If it a 5-axis application, the new Swarf 5Ax toolpath works very well. You can drive the tool using the surfaces, or rails (edge curves).

Steep m-surf might not give you the desired results, as the tool would cut the short way on the surfaces.
