I am creating a gear, it is 4.375 in diameter and I am have my cutter in the profile of the groove of the gear. So basically I am programming the cut a straight line with a contour depth cuts, then transforming the path 54 times in side view. My question is my verify looks great and my post is kicking out the a command but when I almost get half way around it starts kicking this at me

I am running on haas post and I cant figure out why its kicking the invalids!

Cutter left or right side, Lead in or Lead out checked? Look for those things.If not post it on the FTP site if possible

In your transform operation is work offset numbering set to auto?? If so, set it to "maintain source operation's"

Seems like I tried everything, I am running the cutter with no comp, going right down centerline.I tried the lead in and out on and off. Seems no matter what I did my post kicked the invalid work coodinate system. Unable to get to the ftp(firewalls). I bypassed the problem by doing a single line then writing a sub to increment the degree I needed each time and looping it to repeat 54 times. It did work and the job is done. I just dont understand the post problem.

Thanks for your advice and if you can think of anything else I sure would give it a try.
