MASTERCAM runs very slow!

Hi all!

 

Does anybody know what happens to my MC9.1?

 

Since some days ago it runs very slow and also makes all the system slow, if i try to open a word or excel sheet it takes a long long time.

 

Everything goes ok when i shut down MC.

 

I tried to unisntall and reinstall again but, the same.

try this options

 

1.increase the allocation for database &

toolpath allocation in screen/configure and

reduce the system tolerance

 

2.delete all your *.tmp files in Mcam directory

and in your system

 

3.use atleast 1GB ram

Sunder,I disagree

 

You should not allocate more than half your ram to Mastercam this includes Toolpath allocation and Database allocation.

 

And I would not reduce system tolerance.
