Hi Guys

Here is a question for all you surfacing Gurus.

I need to make a prototype part to fit a plane.

The company is giving me the section of the plane the part mounts to.

My inspector is going to give me about a million points from the Zeis xy and z.

The question is. After I convert the ascii file

is there a way to use these xyz points to make a surface.

Did you consider the Point Cloud chook that was passed out for free (till Sept. I think) a while back. Search point cloud and it should come up. It works pretty good, but I only used it once so far, so that isn't much of a track record.
