Over tolerance of Radius error

I keep getting error 020 over tolerance of radius error on my Fanuc 16-M control. Never done it before, parameter 3410 is set at 10000. Gotta cut a .1568 od on a simple little trode and it's kickin my arse. Had a morph-sprial pocket path first the went to just a contour and it still don't like it. Ideas?

Have you been increasing this parameter??

If so you may need to back up. Could be too

loose. 10= 10 microns=.ooo4, 10000 is pretty far up there.

I've had this problem in the past, same control,

No apparent reason. If you can get away with it

linearize all arcs and be done with this job.

Chances are its gone after this.

I don't play with the parameters, except travel limits when get in a bind. I took out my lead in and out and it runs. Had a .125 line and a .050 arc. I hate it when things like this pop up and I can't figure out why. Oh well no time to play with it now. Thanks.
