toolbars stay put

This one has probably been asked before, but can't seem to find anything

 

How can I make the toolbars stay put in one spot, without moving all over the top of the screen?

Have the same problem minimize and I end up with

a 2" tall graphics screen. Also I have two monitors and they are different sizes so when I drag X from one to the other the toolbar gets messed up.

Right click in one of the toolbars on the top of the screen. Here you'll be able to set up a toolbar state and build it with the stuff you actually use. Then name it and save it. If it doesnt default the next time you open it, right click in the toolbars again and select it. Ive got a few I use depending if Im working in 2d, 3d, or laying down toolpaths.
