Post altering...

/ G91 G28 Z0.

/ G28 X0. Y0.

/ G92 X10. Y10. Z10.

 

This comes up at the top of all my posts. How do I get rid of that? I know it's a safety thing, but I don't want it. Is it in MC or the post?

 

Also, I know I asked this before, but have been unable to resolve, I do not get a G54 (55,ect) when I post. How can I remedy that?

Misc integer 1 is set to 2 (G54's), but still nota

We had the same problem when switching from 9 to x had to send our post back to vender and they corrected it asap. Wouldn't hold the interger settings.

I was getting the same lines that you're getting at the top of my programs as well. It's in the post. Do a search for g28 until you find three lines that look something like this,

 

pfbld, sgabsinc , sg28 ref zo

pfbld, sg28 ref, "x0.", "y0." , e

pfbld, sg28, g92, *xh, *yh, Zh, e

 

Put a number sign # in front of all three lines.

This should solve the problem.

I also just started getting this. I've been using this post for over 2 years & it's never done this. Now, today, it started. No one changed the post because no one here knows how except me. Why is Mastercam changing things automatically?

... and also, my G90 G56 line has the G56 missing on every one. Started today the same time the above started.

go to your Misc Values page, something on that page was changed

hmm. The default prompts are all normal & all fields are 0.

...wait a minute. For the heck of it I clicked "Set to Post Values" & "Set to Op Defualts." Nothing changed in that window but when I reposted, everything was OK.

 

Looks like X2 MR2 does not refresh/reload the new settings for the Misc Values window when changing posts (which I did earlier, from the default Mastercam post to my post).
