5 axis gantry mills

Hello all,

Some of our work is getting too big for us and we are starting to think about getting a 5 axis gantry mill. I am impressed with the options available on the JOBS machines available from Italy ie spindle changer (yes spindle) ,pallet changing, linear drives, high horsepower.

 

I have never heard of these machines before and am not sure if we would be buying trouble. What other 5 axis gantrys are out there that have pallet changing and a decent sized tool magazine??

 

Another alternative would be a very large vertical integrex, but even that may not be ideal. We would mostly be machining aluminium but would also need the ability to machine the exotics as well ie inconel and titanium.

 

Any advice appreciated
