G18 - G19 values appearing in X

I just ran into an undetected crash with a program posted out of X. I am running X SP1 with a post that was converted from V9. The toolpath is a Surface Finish Constant Scallop and when posted in X G17, G18, G19 plane changes are written. The same toolpath in the V9 post does not allow G18 and/or G19 to appear.

The allowance of the G19 value caused the spindle to create an arc move in NEGATIVE Z which created a wasted part and for the first time in my career caught my spoilsboard on fire - I guess that is the interesting part of this work - always something new!

I have gone into my Control Definition and unchecked the support Arcs in XZ and YZ planes. Regenned the toolpaths and reposted the file and still see the G18 & G19. Why are they appearing and how do I make them disappear and keep the table from going up in smoke?

Any advise would be appreciated!

Are you filtering the toolpath? Do you have it checked there to create arcs in those planes? I would think the CD would override it though.

There does not appear to be a toolpath filter available for this toolpath - so the answer is no.
