numbers rounded to nearest whole

When posting a drill cycle in MCX the first position is correct, however the remaining positions are rounded to the nearest whole number. I can change the format assignments to get them to read 4 places, but they are still whole numbers.

 

Heres the program:

N150 M01

N160 G0 G90 G55 X-1.31 Y.2545 S1069 M3

N170 G43 H01 Z2.

N180 G98 G81 Z-.25 R.1 F1.07

N190 X0. Y0.

N200 X1. Y-1.

N210 X2. Y1.

N220 G80

 

Any Ideas? I've tried some of the other generic posts without seeing this problem.

Well, my crystal ball is a little foggy this morning so I'm going to need a little more to go on. zip2go everything and send it over, I'll take a look when I have a moment. I'm betting there were errors in the post when you updated.

Is there supposed to be a number afer the decimal point? or Is the position X1.000 Y-1.000

If it's decimal point programming that's all you need.

 

Does the code run in your machine? Or are you just trying to make it look a certain way?

 

More zero's wont make it more accurate.

There seems to be an issue somewhere. I have a customer that is getting whole numbers for X-Y positions in a drill cycle after the first position. like 4.00 instead of 4.25, etc. Strange things going on. Sending Z2G to CNC with the issue

Mike, maybe I wasn't too clear about the rounding. If the position should be say X2.1567, Y1.3579 then I get a posted program that reads X2. Y1. rounded to the nearest whole number.
