Haas chip auger clutch?

Before I tear any further into this thing, anyone know where (and if) their is a clutch adjustment on a Haas auger?

The only one I know of is when the operator wedges a large piece of stock in ours to seize it up.

The chip auger will sense auger motor overcurrent and reverse direction momentarily. This will be repeated until chips are cleared or auger retry limit(parameter 219) is reached. Here are the parameters that controll the chip auger...

cnvyr relay delay..par. 216

convyr retry rev tim par. 218

convyr retry timeout.. par.220

convyr ignore oc tim.. parameter 217

cnvyr retry limit. par 219

cnvyr timeout parameter 255

 

defaults are

216 =50

for 218 is 2000

for 220 is 1500

for 217 is 50

for 219 is 5

for 255 is the number of minutes the conveyor will operate without any motion or keyboard action. After this time the conveyor will automatically shut off.

UPDATE:

 

The clutch in our model here turned out to be a key that was not fully inserted into the motorshaft during assembly, and thus convieniently sheared and tore the hell out of the motor shaft and coupling. I guess that's what they call a clutch at Haas these days.
