Printing

Ok I know we have discussed printing problems before but I have a print I want to hardcopy out in MCamX. I can print it out on standard 8.5 x 11 paper, but if I try to print an 11 x 17 copy Mcam locks and says it has a problem responding and kicks me out to desktop. Saved same file to 9.1 and can print any size I want. Has this been discussed before or does anyone have a solution?

Try going to File->Print->Properties (correct printer?)->Paper/Quality->Advanced->Paper Size->11 x 17->OK->OK->Print Preview->Print (if it looks good).

I have been having some difficulty printing a graphic file from MCx as well .. I can print from

V9 but the same printer on the same computer will not print a file hardcopy in V10.

 

Printer is a HP Lazerjet 5I and we have W2000 Pro operating sys.

 

New Driver? seems wild that it works on 9 and not 10

 

Any suggestions?

Try printing from the print preview screen.
