fanuc 0m dnc to pc

whenever i save a program from a fanuc 0m control to a pc using any mastercam dnc software an extra line (blank) is added after each line of code.

how can this be avoided?

There is a Parameter in your Fanuc Control that needs to be changed. The exact one seems to escape my recollection. You can call the Machine Tool Builder or your local Fanuc Office they shoudl be able to help you quickly.

If you are using Cimco-Edit, under the "recieve CR/LF settings" set to 10 instead of Auto

Parameter 70 bit 7 (0 is on the right). I forget which (0 or 1) will fix your problem, but just change it to the other one.
