SOLID FILLET

Hey guys, I have a simple extruded solid that I am trying to fillet some edges. They all fillet fine except for this one edge. If I get it to fillet, then the other edge won't fillet or vise versa . I put the file on the FTP under : XLDS RUNNER MOLD 1 in the MCX folder if anyone wants to take a peek.

What size fillet are you trying to use?

a .080 R.

Are you trying to do the inside fillet on the angled portion? I tried that one because that one looks like the only one that could be a problem.

 

If that is where you are trying to get it I did a face to face fillet of .08, seemed to work OK.

I put arrows on the 2 spots that need a fillet it is the edges where the 2 angled edges meet the base z-1.0, I still can't get it to work
