Rotary Question

Good Morning All, I do very little round work on the horizontal and have a slight problem with a file I've placed in the MC9 folder on the FTP site, named 2274888 OP5.MC9. The problem is mainly with the last tool a 3/16" end mill to interploate a slot on the cylinder, and does not look right in backplot. I can't see right now what I'm doing wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

First of all, thanks for your reply Don, secondly let me apologize for wasting your time like that, it appears that I posted the wrong file to the FTP site, I was a little confused by your reply so I double checked. The correct file is there now!! Please accpet my apologies!!

Good rule of thumb. Least it works for me.

Whenever it appears you are going to need to use either the bottom or back construction/Tool plane, create a new plane do not use the sytem planes. I have seen many issues with using those 2 system planes.

MCam can get confused on the rotations of those 2 planes.
