Error opening mil9.cfg

Hi All.

 

On one of our four workstations, when I change anything in screen configure and save a new .cfg

I get two errors:

 

Warning - error opening c:mcam9millopsdefaults.df9

 

and

 

Warning - error opening c:mcam9mil9.cfg

 

The changes take effect and all seems fine, I just don't know why the errors.

make sure they are in the right location on your C:drive. I just had a similar problem with KeyCreator, it was looking for files in the folder a I told it too, however the files were NOT there.

If it continues to be a problem you can remove your existing config file and restart MC, it willl create a new which you'll have to reconfigure.

Thanks. I don't have permission to delete the file. I'll have to call the dreaded I.S.

That is likely your problem, you may not have the ability to overwrite the file when you make you changes.

Have them give you read/write priviledges to the MC install directory. That should fix you up.
