13-8 Stainless, move after HT?

We've got a couple of small parts, look similar to butt hinges, that are supposed to heat treat to 205 KSI(43-48 RC). Made out of 13-8 Stainless, the flange is .087 thick. We're being told we should machine to net, then HT. I don't have any experience in this area and figure someone here would know more about it. What's our chances of it holding shape?

Bought a bunch of Hanita Varimills to get started, the tool man says 150sfm and .0035ipt, wet. There will be a 1/4 ball nose doing some 3-d on the rolled bead, guessing we can speed that up a bit.
