Round engraving

Where can I find a generic or any post that will do 4th axis simultaneously. I have some engraving to do on the inside of 5" round mold. We have rotary table on one of the machine and usally I do all programing manualy (writing Gs) but this is little to much for me to handle. All I need is to substitute Y moves with A moves on the rotary table. I dont have too much time on this job so I can't write a 4th axis post for our machine, only get a job like this once a year and wouldn't be worth the hassle. Please help.
