Copy before

Has anyone else noticed the "copy before" function in the op. manager results in nothing? Just noticed it. Move before, move after and copy after work just fine.

JAMMAN, I just tried it and it worked fine in Mill..... I dont know that I've ever used it before..

Ok, I figured it out. It only happens when you drag an op beside itself. try it please because I'm relatively sure I'm not nuts. If you drag it one or more up or down it will copy before. But if you drag it beside itself it will not copy before but will copy after. I'm not as think as I crazy I am. Am I?
