Comp and verify

I know it has been brought up before, but I was just wondering if the problems verifying with control comp in X will be fixed anytime soon. Anyone heard anything on the grapevine?

The last few logged bugs for cutter comp in Verify were fixed this afternoon. The changes went into vX MR2.

Our shop uses part edge programming, so this hase been an issue with verify. Pain in the @&* but this is what we do.

I've been having problems with "control" cutter comp not working in X so have just used "computer". It seems to put out the code but the path violates my part in verify. Is this the problem that is being fixed?

The specific nature of the bugs fixed pretty much dealt with the end of the cutter comp cycle. This means properly moving to the last position and retracting before the last move. If this sounds like a fix to the problem you were having, then maybe you'll be all set. If it's something else, send me a file and I'll take a quick look at it.
