gobsmacked i tell yah...Gentlemen.....and ladies(for the politically direct)..... A solution has been found ...i have been harrassing, for the most part, anybody and everybody on here whom might have a solution to cutting some undercuts on a 4th axis Okuma...to no avail i bashed me head against the wall and so did others that tried to help me im sure ....I will take the time to thank them as well.... (see credits below)

all in short i tried to cut with five axis flow and found ram and memory errors when i tried to get a decent finish

Jays solution was something that none of us here would have even thought of....... (a lollypop cutter as he called it)

and he came up with a simple toolpath that takes like 5 min to generate using surface finish flowline using 3 axis with x axis on the rotary...well im off to my mituibishi dealer now and we are going to be buying one or two of these cutters that we look at occasionally in the catalog and laugh at thinking ...what the hell would i use that for?

And thanks again to everybody for your support in this matter!!!!!!

The straight wall can be cut with SWARF5AX in the 4 axis mode, but the surfaces are kind of messy. The fillet floor is worse. It looks like there's some bumps in it. At any rate, the upper part of the fillet right under the ruled surface wall will pose some problems. It needs a special 4-axis offset working from a 5-axis flowline toolpath. This gives you points on surface and normals to work from. More later.
