NetHasp and Subnetting

Hi All

We are running a Net Hasp for our users and we are having a problem when the client needs to find the Net Hasp server on a different sub net. The error is something like “can’t find hasp” This problem only happens in X, Ver 9 works fine. I can Ping and browse to both server and clients.

MasterCam have a document outlining how I can add the Net Hasp servers IP in the nethasp.ini but I am looking for a solution that will not be overwritten whenever I install a newer version.

Does anyone know of a work around or a fix for this problem?

Thanks

~Jorgen
