5 axis milling

Hi Guys.

I need to mill out material on a part similar to a end mill or corkscrew that's in a full 4th axis rotary. I figured out how to make the model but

I have no idea how to go about machining it. The help files are not much help. Is there any examples on the FTP site for multaxis machining?

Your right 3.82, I thought for sure there was a sample like that on there, I cant find it either, and I dont know anywhere else to find sample files

have you tried rotary 4ax toolpath? use rotary cut, adjust the axis dampening length and gap settings if you see a gouge or the tool lifting more than you like.

you could also use multi-ax flowline one side at a time.
