assembly drawings

Ask they guy who designed the mold tool, Im sure he has an assembly drawing of it, I know Ive got assembly drawings of all the tools Ive designed!

Im guessing thats not the answer you were looking for, but Im not sure exactly what you are asking for.

To take a stab in the dark im guessing you are asking for drawings of standard bolsters, well the answer to that is to go to the manufacures and ask for a catalogue, if you want them in cad format then their web pages often have them, but often they only have drawings of the standard plates expecting you to have the experience to be able to use them.

a number of standards manufactures produce kit bolsters, but ive never had much use for them, or when I do its normally always with editions, do a standard assembly drawing is never any use

Try the web sites of these DME, DMS, Hasco and LKM, if its components you want then add Misumi, there are loads more but these are the ones I prefer to use

If you are looking for Mold Design package that imports proper assemblies, etc. then you might want to look at a new solution for Solidworks called IMOLD.

This is a neat program that will allow you to do your whole mold design from solid separation to cooling channels and the addition of components.

When you are done, you cal always read the Solidworks part files directly into Mastercam for machining purposes.

You may want to check this website out:
