Backplot error message!

Hello!

I have a problem in backplot, I select all tools and backplot them in a single step mode, I always got an error message, said "Warning-memory allocation error for tool storage". How can I fix this problem? Thanks!

I hope I can help with this,I believe what you may need to do is under screen-configure-allocations,you may need to make your allocation # larger,but youll have to make the database # smaller,try to keep your ram allocation # as close to your computers ram as possible ex.my ram allocation is 766.4,i have 768

megs in my computer,my database is set at 300000,and my toolpath is at 475000.you may have to play these numbers back and forth for a little while to get them where you need them.I hope I am at least partially correct,I could use some insight as to exactly what these #'s do,any information is helpful-thanks.

Do you find problems opening any thing elese in the computer when you have MC going.

Those Allocations are WAY to high.

You do not want to call all of your ram in allocations.

Please look here were we have coverd this before, and more then once.

Thank-you for the advice I realloacted my ram

its a little under 300 now.I never tried it that much lower,but yes multiple openings were very slow,someone that used to program here told me that should be set like that.Thanks for clearing that up for me.I think because the older

computers were slower,and we have some huge files.
