you don't need the M03, it serves no purpose at all.

 

G96 is setting your CSS, your spindle turn on should be handled on the G97 line. I don't "think" the spindle will turn on on the G96 line.

Yes I need M03! If M01 is on will have to restart spindle on Fanuc 10T. AS you can see from my posting I need to know how to force an M03.

You can force the M03 with an asterisk.

 

*spindle_l in the pcss section of your post.

The M03 or M04 is needed for Lathe.

Is there a M05 at the end of T0404 if there is not that could be why there is no M03 for T0707?

I notice that the M3 was included in the before edit version.

 

If your edits were to remove the G97 line, look for the following line in your post and use this method.

 

css_start_rpm : no #Do direct RPM spindle start prior to CSS ?

you might consider diffrent placement for the M1
