Hi James,

Thanks for your reply.

I open up the MpMaster post file and could not figure out where to put these lines.

I have to read how to edit the post. My all post are customized by the ex dealer(cadwire)

To learn about the post,If anybody can guide me from where to start? Where to get all the documents?

thanks

2 more questions re Mpmaster

1. I do not want the X,Y co-ordinates to repeat on each ARC line of code IF they have the same X,Y values.

This reduces program size.

The post has an option if you do not want the I,J,K forced what about the X,Y?

2.At a rotaion can I get the rotation move seperate to the Rapid moves?

Or even better the

Roation

X,Y Moves

Z move

I have "Break rapid moves-XY then Z for approach,Z then XY for retract Tick in my Control def?

Ex of Mpmaster now

code:

 (FINISH OUTSIDE)

G01 Z11.11 F500.

G41 D2 Y330.13

G03 X235.372 Y330.33 I0. J.2

G02 X235.372 Y330.33 Z11.11 I30.72 J0.----X,Y Repeat?

G03 X235.194 Y331.536 I-.2 J.006

G01 G40 X235.188 Y331.336

Z400. ----Retract for roatation

M11 (UNLOCK)

X-301.042 Y329.83 Z20. B-270. ----Z Move is DANGER
