sandvick do some good TSC drills, most indexable endmills have TSC as do u-drills and spade drills

I believe that mitsubishi has coolant drills down to .039 dia.

Acme has a whole system of inserted drills that has a range of sizes from 3/8" and up system can be hooked up with a jiffy into the machine coolant pump and is capable of running at feed rates of about 3"/ minute in steels like P-20 and up to 10" in softer steels like aluminum and brass.
