Inhouse books for V9

Hi, to all you nice folks at inhouse.

Thought I would ask how long before you might have your new books for V9 out?

June 2000 (approx)

Well, all told, V8 was roughly 6 months old before the book was out and guess what, it still has the same mistakes it had in the Version 6 book. Those goons need to get their act together and produce an accurate up to date book not just keep slapping the same book in a new cover to make more money. In a bunch of the examples, if you follow them step by step, you can't get there.

 

Anyway enough of my ranting.

Our brand new Solid Tutorial for version 9 will be available next week, please watch this site for its release.

And the Mill and Lathe version 9 tutorials are almost complete. They should be available for distribution within 1 month.

Yeah, Scholars says a lot of things. I'm still waiting for a LATHE book for V8!!!! Where's that one now that we have V9?

 

I guess all the letters after the author's names just mean their BS is Piled Higher and Deeper eh?

Get your act together on these manuals. Wake up smell the paper back & ink! When you Release a New Version of Software shoudnt the Manuals for said Software match that same Release Date? Huh? Huh? Huh?

 

Can any one say lost sales & bad bussines/poor planning?

Thank you for the kind words. We've about wrapped up Vo1 1, V9, and should have both books and curricula on sale by early June.

 

If you liked the V8 books, you'll love these. Just like software, Version 2.0 is far beyond Version 1.0!!!

 

Look for a lot of enhancements. Also, we're doing this in Word, so there is a chance these could be translated into foreign languages.
