Ok.. Well here we go again! It's Time for "Westec" The Advanced Productivity Exposition! North America's Largest Annual Metalworking & Manufacturing Event! We will be showing Mastercam Version 9 at Westec 2002. Mastercam Version 9 offers major new tools for all types of machining, including new additions to its successful High Speed Machining functions. Mastercam V9 also includes a new 3D machining method that results in a smoother finish that is tightly linked to the natural contours of the part. Mastercam Version 9 also features new Solids machining techniques, including automatically recognizing and programming drill holes on a solid model. Mastercam Version 9 Lathe and Wire also offer a wide variety of new CAD/CAM tools aimed at reducing part turnaround time.

Its all under control Man! see the link under CAD/CAM thats the link to register... but I guess I should have put a note but I new what I was doing, but I think that the rest would know what to do. These guys are Mastercam users so they are pretty sharp. So register now!

I have a plan for the Pir8t problem

The Pir8ts walk around totally un-

detected except for No one at M.C.

ever heard of them ,and they complain about

how hard it is to find the M.C. books.

 

The plan

Get three or four sales women to stop the men

walking the Westec aisle and sell them V9 M.C.

books Register the men who buy the books

Give a free pirate hat to every one who

buys a book and registers.

 

Then all Jay k. has to do is stop the guys

wearing the pirate hats ,and allow them to

buy a legal seat right there at the show.

A Pirate hat??? Like the baseball team or like Captain Hook.. And were did Jay get the hats from?? I want one, one of my best friends is from Pittsberg and thats his favorite team.

Hi Stefan

This would be the black three corner captain hook style.With the white trim ,the jolly roger in front,also a nice peacock feather or two would be a nice touch. At 12 k per sale there will be no need to economize on the hats.

Jay, and yourself will not actually get hats .

(as far as I know)

What you will get::: is an opportunity to sell seats . And of course once you show the pir8t the signed form they filled out for the sales woman ,they will really feel compelled to make the purchase.

I may need some help with the sales women interviews.

P.S. Stefan I wouldn't be talking about any friends that need one of these hats.

Just started the setup on the third machine on my floor to Westec.

 

There will be two types of business card holders that will be machined, for those that stop by if there are any left during the show, they seem to vanish quickly.
