auto -separate subprogramm

Hi everybody!

i have problem when send sub -progr to Matsuura with Yasnac -mx3 control. all prgr come in one they does not auto-separated like fanuc . so, ihave to send one by one it's terible.

anyone have this experience please helppppppppppppp me

Is it posting your main program first?

 

if it reads the M30 it might be saying OK end of program.

 

Try switching your control def to output subs first

and subs

It sticks them all into one program?

If there are M99's at the end of the subs and M30 at the end of the main.

 

I think that HAS to be a machine parameter setting.

 

Do you have the book on the MX3? I suspect the answer is in there. In the mean time i "think" you might be stick doing them one at a time.

yes!i call contol service guy he said i have to do one by one but i do not believe so now i 'm dowloading the manual book

try a ":" sybol instead of an "O" in front of your programs and sub programs.

 

:2345 main

:1234

:4321

etc

Move the % to the very end of the file. When the control encounters the % it stops reading from the rs232 port. So the % needs to be at the end of your file past the subs. Each sub needs to have an O#. I thing the Yasnac has a special code for reading in multiple programs in one file. On that last machine I ran I think it was -9999 read button.
