mastercam X2

Hey, i just installed mastercam X2 and it wont start. It says that the contract has expired when it is not. the original mastercam X1 still works, but X2 does not and i was wondering if anybody could help me. I also installed the patch..Thanks

Got maintenance?

Open X1 and run Help/About. The box in the upper right hand corner will tell you when your maintenance expires.

If it expired before August 31st, 2006, you can't run X2.

I expired july 31, 2006......So wut do i have to do in this case?

Either renew your maintenance agreement or you are left at X MR2

haha, oh man.....they just sent me X2 yesterday. Why would they send it to me after my agreement expired? Guess ill have to renew

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be a smartazz, that's just the reality of it.

 

As far as why they sent.

 

They just may have goofed or maybe they figured if you had it in your hands you'd renew at that point.
