Solids and Fillets again

Trying to draw a model of a casting in MC9 MR0105. I have all the basic components drawn, and joined (boolean add), but the print calls for a .38 internal fillet radius on the entire part. I can get a few of the fillets to work, but the majority will not allow me to create them. Is there something that I am missing? I cannot upload to the ftp due to our firewall, but if someone is willing to help, I can send it via email. ANY help would be appreciated.
