Help !!!!

 

This hapens quite often with complicated geometry. Get a arc move programed improperly error posted from MC 9.1 MR0304

it is line N2048 that is bad

 

tolerances are all set quite tight.. It does not happen all the time just when I need to get a mold done ASAP.

 

MCX states that there are aditional bad endpoints. I have not set up MCX for my machine yet. so I can not use it for this job.

It seams to do it only with the surface contour parralel spriral toolpath. Again this is Ver 9.1 MR0304 I have Mait. up to 12/04 but I can not get the September 04 mait. update to work.

 

possibly it is a bug in the contour parralel spiral toolpath???

 

forgive my spelling I have had 4 hrs of sleep in the last 28 hours

If you are not using X and you just want to get this job done in 9, I would try to fix it in 9. I don't really remember having those kind of issues in 9, could be I was lucky? or maybe is wasn't a xxxxor?

 

What toolpath is it?

What is your tool dia? maybe change it by .0001
