we are trying to cut groove as per master cam 9.1 book but we are getting message that invalid rotary diameter for axis substitution .please help us to guide us in that what mistake we are doing.

Need a lot more information than that. You got a sample file you can share? You doing this on the face or on the od? Are you using a milling cutter or woodruff cutter? Have you read the post and set-up the toolpath per what the posts needs? Are you using G7,G112 or someother machine code to do this or doing it long code?

rotary tab is turned on and the diameter is
