you will also need to reverse G2/3 and the sign for "I" on arc moves.

I know this is a old thread but how is this done? Do i just  change the CW  with CCW or something else?

I just bought a old mori sl4 and it has X axis reversed compared to newer lathes. Plus what is posted above.

 sxg02   : "G2"       #Circular interpolation CW
sxg03   : "G3"       #Circular interpolation CCW
# --------------------------------------------------------------------------
# Motion G code selection
sg00    : "G0"       #Rapid
sg01    : "G1"       #Linear feed
sg02    : "G2"       #Circular interpolation CW
sg03    : "G3"       #Circular interpolation CCW
sg04    : "G4"       #Dwell
sgcode  : ""         #Target string

Also how is  "I" on arc moves changed ?

for X- on your Mori change the following line in your post:

dia_mult     : -2     #Multiplier for output on X axis (Neg. switches sign of X)

a value of 1 is for Radius programming, a value of 2 is for diameter programming and a -2 will output X- on diameter

Hope this helps!

Cheers!

Hi i changed dia_mult     : -2     #Multiplier for output on X axis (Neg. switches sign of X) and it posts - X now!!!

Do i have to switch G2 cw and G3 ccw to?

probably you'll need to change CW & CCW as well as reverse the "I" output too if you're using I & K but you should write a little test program and find out what it needs.

Cheers!
