I am trying to program on the sub side, I "think" that I have everything set-up correct in the file, but I am seemingly wrecking upon conpletion of the path. I am unsure if this a graphical error or something that I am doing wrong. I have placed the file on the FTP site in the X2 folder, it is called "Sub-side JAW.MCX". This is the first time attempting to do any sub programming. The post we are using is the one from In-House (thanks Brett).

Thanks in advance for your help.

Well you have your id groove tool upside down as to how I would use this in the machine. I would also look at your home position when doing sub spindle operations if you have it as positive then Mastercam is not smart enough to know you are on the sub spindle so you have to fill it the blank here. I would try putting the chain in the id position toward the top verse the bottom since most times chains on the bottom are for a lower turret. Now if you are using a lower turret then you need to describe the tool different by setting it up for the lower turret. Move the chain the grab tool 4 and see if that fixes the problem. As far as the codes for the sub spindle I have had some problems getting them to work right and most times have to change them to the 300 ones.
