isnt it going to be practically a straight cut using a 1/2 endmill..its going to leave you a .250 rad. on a straight cut regardless in the corners. I think maybe I am misunderstanding the question here. Are you leaving any stock for cleanup or finish pass? headscratch.gif

GIVE THAT CUTTER SOME BREATHIN ROOM.. biggrin.gif

code:

G00 G90 G54 X.3889 Y.975 S10000 M03

G43 H16 Z2. M08

G08 P1 (LOOK-AHEAD ON)

Z.1

G01 Z-.25 F20.

G41 D16 X.1945 Y1.1695 F65.

G03 X0. Y1.25 I-.1945 J-.1945

G01 X-1.248

G03 X-1.25 Y1.248 I0. J-.002

G01 Y-1.248

G03 X-1.248 Y-1.25 I.002 J0.

G01 X1.248

G03 X1.25 Y-1.248 I0. J.002

G01 Y1.248

G03 X1.248 Y1.25 I-.002 J0.

G01 X0.

G03 X-.1945 Y1.1695 I0. J-.275

G01 G40 X-.3889 Y.975

G00 Z2. M09

Notice the .002 rad swings

I am not sure where it might be but you might want want to try one of the "standard" posts, MPFAN perhaps and see if that works
