Change attributes of entire file

Our boss creates file geometry using the widest of line width settings so he can see them. No one else here needs anything but the smallest. How can I change width attributes of all lines, arcs, splines, and dimensions quickly?

select all entities, right click on line widthe and change style. (bottom right corner)

select all geometry (window), change entity attributes, line width, select the width you want

Not working. I window entire solid, then the only attributes icon I've found is Screen/Geometry attributes. Click that and I get the attributes window which is more like analyze info. In attributes line width is narrow so I click the OK and nothing changes. No where have I found change attributes. Attributes in lower Rt. corner does the same, if I chose a single line or arc, still nothing changes. Is there a setting or do I have be in 2D? The only way I've been able to change line width is to Analyze entity properties, then change to narrow line and click OK but thats one line and arc at a time.

RIGHT click on attributes then window everything, then you can change it. Same as change level or color.

You can put a toolbar button up that will work as well. I have one for change levels, color, line type, and line thickness.
