Fagor filtering?

We have a xxxxor 8055 M controller, does anyone of filtering commands in the controller. I like the way Mastercam’s High speed tool paths are filtered and wonder if there is something similar in the controller?

E being smoothing filtering. If you are going to use it then don't filter in mc.

Yes I'm talking G51, I'm checking it out and trying to get the machine to behave better so I'm trying new settings.

If you do not use the G51 the machine comes to a stop at the end of each move..

 

on my Quintax I use G51 A150 E.005 (for a part trim program)

 

and G51 A150 E.001 for tool making

 

the A150 is the acceleration percent AKA Look ahead.

 

be careful some times the G51 will give you a bad arc coordinate error
