Entities becoming disassociated

I program a waterjet robot that can't have its coordinate system changed at all. So, in order to have the robot cut properly I have to set up the table and the move the part in Mastercam so that everything is aligned.

Sometimes when I make a slight rotation about any of the axis’, entities disassociate. I’ll end up with .0001 gaps in my chains. I can rechain with the chaining tolerances bumped way up, but it’s still pretty irritating to have to redo chain selections.

I’ve seen it happen with both IGES and Parasolid imports.

Is there any setting that I can change to keep geometry together when I move it about in Mastercam?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that this robot is a 6-axis machine so I have to program from the TOP WCS.

On top of that, because of the Robot's dynamics, the program must be filtered to adjust for gravity and load on all of the joints. The filter only works for one coordinate system, so if I trick the machine to move to the part and it filters for where it "thinks" it's going I won't be able to hold my tolerances.
