Brown Sharpe CMM Reflex 343

We are looking to buy a small CMM. We would like to find a BS Reflex 343 used but in good shape. Does anyone here have one for sale or know where I might find one. Anybody got any idea what the price range would be? Does anyone know if you can use MC to do digitizing, or will we have to buy special software to do digitizing.

You sure you want a manual CMM? I had one for a few years and if you have a job you need to check often the manual part gets real old, especially in tight areas. You also need to have an operator with good eye sight and a gentle touch.

GVM, We're a small shop and can't afford to spend a get deal of cash. We do lots of break down jobs that have no prints. They bring a part and say we need this made. Just trying to get our feet wet.

I just sent you an email from a company that we were looking at getting one from for about the same purpose they also calibrate our CMM for our quality dept. Pretty good prices also.
