Hello all,

First time on the forum with ?

Running Dell C810 Latitude Laptop with 1.13Ghz,512Ram,32MB NVIDIA card with latest drivers. Problem only on surfacing ops, all

others run fine. Tried turning down quality to speed but this results in surface blends that you can not even look at for blends. Any help or suggestions? Thanx alot from new Mastercam user.

You should try a secondary verifying software.Mastercam uses a nci file which is huge to translate,therfore slowing way down especially when you are cutting 3D,or complex surfaces.Verifying software uses the posted G-Code so it it runs extremely fast,and more accurate if its set up for your machine.

We also have intermitten problems with verify crashing. Many time if we will rotate the part a little bit it will then verify fine. Would like some help to "really fix the problem." Also if you change out of true solids or use a wireframe tool it will work sometimes.
