Island Avoidance

I have been working for 3 months now on family of parts, where have been using Open pocket routine with Island avoidance succesfully. Today I ran into problem where islands are ignored when using Open routine. Have tried all I can think of with no luck. Any suggestions?. V8.1.1

What kind of pocketing pattern are you using? I have struck this before, and if using parallel lines, I've sometimes changed the roughing angle to eliminate it.

Also, switching to "Roll Cutter Around Sharp Corners" to "Roll Cutter Around No Corners" or "All Corners" can sometimes help.
