Oxygen VX1 AGP4

Hi i just put together a new P4 1.8 with the Vx1 vidio card. The card was optimised for Mastercam. It was acting so crazy i couldn't believe it. I call tech at 3D labs and they had me set it up with the Solidworks drivers and that got it right back to normal. The one strange thing i still see is that i don't have file view anymore. I am using version 8.1, windows 2000 pro with SP2. Any ideas?

Joe,

go to Mastercam in your start menu, then CNCReg,

under "File Get Dialog" switch from "standard windows" to "mastercam windows".

Sometimes just switching back and forth will fix it when installing a new video card.

I use that card and it is better when set to the solidworks format.

Kevin that worked fine. I checked it to Mastercam and that did it. For anyone else go to start on task bar ,programs , Mastercam, cncreg, then click on Mastercam located under the File Get Dialog and that will do it.
