Move WCS

Hi,

 

How can I move WCS from this point to another point as shown without moving a part?

Tony, go into the tool path parameter page where you pick a tool for the operation. Look for a "Planes" button.Click on the "Planes" and where you see the button with the white arrow on it, click that button. It should return you to the graphic screen where you can pick the new origin for that tool path.

Right Click on WCS in the lower right corner of the screen, pick View Manager and change the WCS to a new location. Over to the right where it shows X,Y and Z values (under Origin (in view cooordinates)), just type in where you want the WCS. Or you can select the origin point if you have a point there.

The part does not move, only the WCS.
