Crossing Tool Paths Problem

I just uploaded a file called LOOKAHEADPROB.MC9 to cadcams ftp site. The problem I'm having is that my tool paths are crossing using a contour tool path. I have the box 'infinite look ahead' checked, which my understanding is that this should prevent the paths from crossing. What am I doing wrong here?

'infinite look ahead' only looks at each contour individually. For this part use pocket with the finish pass only. See LOOKAHEADPROBGLENN.MC9 on ftp site.

Thanks for the suggestion and info. Glenn, I have also had this problem with individual contours. I just added another file to CADCAMs ftp site called 'NARROW SLOT.MC9'. This file has the lead-in lead-out cross the tool path. I've tried checking and un-checking the 'gouge check entry/exit motion' box with no success. Any ideas on this one?

I would create a point in the middle of the slot and add that in the chain. In the lead in/out parameters turn on use entry point. See NARROW SLOTGLENN.MC9
